1. Gently remove the vacuum breaker cover with needle-nose pliers
   1. If you don’t see a black washer facing you, it may already be installed incorrectly
2. Unscrew the white retainer with an Allen wrench or needle-nose pliers
3. Inspect all parts and reassemble in the correct orientation, do not over-tighten the cover
