We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be:

• In original packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned with an RGA number (we’ll email this after you submit your return form)

⏳ Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the product is damaged or missing components.

Note: We only accept returns for purchases made directly through Aquor (website or sales rep).
